1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SecurePie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
SecurePie provides enterprise-grade Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication services for Shopify and SaaS platforms. Our services enable secure authentication through various identity providers including Google, Microsoft, Okta, Auth0, and SAML/OAuth protocols.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.
6. Service Level Agreement
We commit to the following uptime guarantees based on your plan:
- Starter: 99.9% uptime
- Professional: 99.95% uptime
- Enterprise: 99.99% uptime (or custom SLA)
Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding these commitments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by SecurePie and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without written permission.
8. Data Processing
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For EU customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) that comply with GDPR requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurePie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
